| Scenario Demonstrations for Child Welfare Contracting Scenario Demonstrations are quickly becoming an alternative or a supplement to the traditional RFP process. Scenario Demonstrations require that bidders demonstrate their approach to delivery in areas such as conducting an assessment, developing a service plan, engaging families and youth in the service planning and delivery process, etc. The State of Kansas recently used this process as part of the selection of their contracts for foster care and reintegration, adoption and family preservation.
