| Lorrie Lutz providing child welfare phone consultation! Lorrie is providing telephonic case specific consultation for the state's of Oklahoma, South Carolina and for Ramsey County MN. Based on a case consultation model developed with the state of Louisiana, Social Workers and supervisors from these jurisdictions send in cases to Lorrie for review. Several days later, via a 1-800 number Lorrie then consults with thier team on the cases's assessment of safety, safety planning, family assessment and behaviorally based case plan. Other supervisors (and thier units) from around the state/county can all call in, put their phones on mute and listen to the consultation. Feedback suggests that this is a very popular model of technical assistance and a VERY effective case consultation model! |
