Lorrie Lutz to work with San Diego County on Dual Licensure Practices!
Dual Licensure is a challenging process and practice--preparing foster families to be both a temporary care giver, or if needed, a permanent one. San Diego has launched a new effort to improve the quality of their recruitment and support of foster parents through Dual Licensure practices and Lorrie Lutz has been hired to support the effort. San Diego will embark on a multi year effort to improve practice in this area.
