L3 P Associates Works With Ramsey County MN on Two Federal Grants!
Ramsey County, St. Paul Minnestoa has always had a cutting edge approach to the practice of child welfare. Recently the county was awarded two federal grants; one to improve the quality of their family assessment and case planning processes and the other to enhance their Concurrent Planning practices. Lorrie Lutz is working with the County on both endeavors--"the practice in Ramsey County is stimulating....and new learning will definitely come out of their work" says Ms. Lutz.
